Ulloora

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 7 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ulloora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, service providers, and customers.

2. Description of Service

Ulloora is a multi-vertical marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers (including but not limited to home cooks, tutors, and beauticians). Ulloora facilitates transactions but is not itself a party to the contract between customer and provider.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Ulloora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Service providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of all offerings, including pricing and availability.
  • Fulfil confirmed orders and appointments in a professional manner.
  • Hold any licences, certifications, or permits required by applicable law.
  • Handle customer personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Pay for confirmed orders in full at the time of checkout.
  • Treat providers respectfully and in good faith.
  • Provide accurate delivery or appointment information.
  • Not misuse review or dispute mechanisms.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely via our payment partner (Stripe). Ulloora may charge a platform fee on each transaction; this will be disclosed at checkout. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual providers and displayed on their listing. Where a provider fails to fulfil a confirmed order, Ulloora will facilitate a full refund. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled fulfilment date.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform to transact directly and avoid fees.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, copy, and software — is the property of Ulloora Ltd or its licensors. Providers retain ownership of content they upload but grant Ulloora a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulloora Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Contact
